Kaila holds a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the University of Dayton, where she also minored in International Business. She is constantly expanding her knowledge in project management and is HubSpot Inbound certified.

Beyond her professional achievements, Kaila enjoys adventurous activities such as cross-country camping and hiking alongside her husband, daughter and labradoodle. She also values spending quality time with her family and friends.
