Her company One Degree Shifts empowers clients from Fortune 500 companies, small businesses and non-profits alike to fuel happy, high performing lives, leadership and teams.

Christine was personally trained by Brendon Burchard and is a partner coach with Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness to deliver the world’s most advanced and effective programs based on neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology and performance science.

Before launching her own business, Christine spent 13 years in leadership roles across public service and non-profit sectors, where she built thriving teams and organizations, and gained diverse experience across marketing, innovation, biomimicry and start-ups. Passionate about helping people thrive, she’s an active non-profit board member, community volunteer and member of Cleveland Women in Business for Good.

Michelle Jones is an inspiring leader and multi-passionate entrepreneur with a knack for marketing excellence. President of Creativate, a company she founded in 2021, her in-depth knowledge has proven to be invaluable when it comes to directing successful strategies for Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses alike.

Aside from her business pursuits she dedicates herself towards providing support and resources to other women entrepreneurs - helping them reach their goals while fostering safe environments in the workplace.

Michelle has been recognized for her exceptional work and is the recipient of several awards including the President’s Award at a prior company & the Outstanding Service Award by the Single Ply Roofing Industry association.

She holds her MBA from Case Western Reserve University and is HubSpot Inbound Certified.
